Lianyungang 220kV Liangqiu Station is a green and smart substation of Subei Power Grid, located in Ganyu District, Lianyungang City. Langsongkeli has developed an online monitoring plan for SF6 gas status of Taikai and Pinggao GIS equipment based on the customer's smart station needs. 

The Shandong Quancheng 1000kV substation is a hub substation of Shandong Province's super grid and the receiving substation of the Ximeng Shandong ultra-high voltage AC project. The original 110kV area of the substation was equipped with ordinary density relays for switchgear such as Xidian and ABB. Langsongkeli upgraded the equipment pressure status through digitization and uploaded it to the four party comprehensive automation monitoring platform in the station through the IEC61850 protocol, providing real-time, intuitive, and effective equipment condition judgment for operators.

Tai'an Zhongtianmen Substation is located in Mount Taishan Scenic Area. Its 10kV high-voltage room is equipped with Tianjin Pinggao gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear. The pressure status of the original equipment depends on regular manual inspection, and the dial pointer of the density meter can only be observed by opening the cabinet door.     

The SF6 density relays of Ningbo Houqing 220kV Substation and 220kV Yiting Substation have reached the required verification period according to the "DL/T 596 Preventive Test Regulations for Power Equipment". 

ABB ELK-04 GIS switchgear for PetroChina 110kV Puxian Substation, 110kV Yangqu Substation, 110kV Zhengzhou Station, etc., combined with SF6 online monitoring and installation of online calibration three-way valves.

Installation of online calibration three-way valves for ABB-HPL245B1 GIS switchgear at Taizhou 220kV Shenggu Substation, 220kV Sha'ao Substation, and Datong 220kV Kaiyuan Road Substation.

Shandong Linyi 220kV Muling Substation, Dongying 220kV Guangli Substation and other Taikai ZF16-252 GIS switchgear combined with circuit breaker gas chamber SF6 density relay have been upgraded with online verification three-way valves.

Install online calibration three-way valves on the SF6 pipelines of the converter transformer sleeves at ± 800kV Jinhua Converter Station and ± 800kV Shaoxing Converter Station.

Taizhou 220kV Jiaoxia Substation, Ningbo 220kV Yiting Substation, Shandong Jining 220kV Keyuan Substation and other Pinggao ZF11-252 GIS switchgear combined with circuit breaker chamber SF6 density relays are equipped with online verification three-way valves.

Upgrade and application of ZMJ60 density relay+RDH40 density micro water transmitter in the medium voltage switchgear of State Grid Sichuan Deyang Xiangshan Station.
