Excellence Through Rigor | Lanso Instruments Honors LPA Audit Outstanding Employees

Lanso Konly (Shanghai) Instruments Co., Ltd. has adopted the Layered Process Audit (LPA) system since June 2025 to streamline on-site operations, strengthen quality control and reinforce accountability across production lines. To upgrade management efficiency and digitalize workflows, we launched a customized mini-program in January 2026. Covering seven key audit dimensions — manpower, machinery, materials, procedures, environment, testing and special inspections — the system enables early risk detection, rapid issue rectification and full-process closed-loop management, eliminating potential quality and safety hazards at the source.

Driven by standardized LPA implementation, all staff have strictly followed operational specifications and completed routine self-inspections, cross-level checks and special supervisions. The robust system has effectively elevated the factory’s standardized operation level and overall management efficiency.

To reward exceptional performance and inspire team excellence, the factory rolled out a dedicated LPA incentive scheme in May 2026. On June 9, we successfully held the May LPA Audit Summary and Outstanding Employee Award Ceremony, evaluating production workers, engineers and managers based on comprehensive operational data.

Winners were selected through objective assessments focusing on audit frequency, problem identification volume, rectification closed-loop rate and inspection quality, combined with daily supervision records. A total of 3 Outstanding Auditors and 3 Outstanding Employees received awards, recognizing their rigorous work attitude and outstanding dedication.

As a core system for standardized production, quality assurance and safety management, LPA has unified operational standards and strengthened staff’s awareness of responsibility and precision. The recognition ceremony has further boosted team motivation, fostering a rigorous and standardized work culture throughout the factory.
