Job Responsibilities
- Based on the company's annual business plan, formulate sales forecasts and plans for this channel and implement them.
- Pay close attention to accounts receivable and be responsible for organizing the collection of overdue payments from customers to prevent long-term arrears.
- Regularly check the implementation results of sales plans, report in a timely manner and propose adjustment plans for sales plans.
- Regularly visit customers, maintain customer relationships, solicit customer opinions and grasp market information.
- Assist in handling customer complaint issues.
- Report work to the superior leader monthly, including the achievement of sales orders and the progress of collections, etc.
- For major customer development projects, actively coordinate the progress of various departments.
- Formulate order forecasts for this channel.
- Assist the marketing department, actively participate in exhibitions in various places and collect market information.
- Maintain sales systems and strictly control sales expenses.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leader.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Management, Electrical Engineering, International Trade, or related disciplines.
- Expertise in strategic management, strategic marketing, management skills development, organizational change management, contract law, and financial management.
- Relevant work experience in the power industry, sales, international trade, or marketing.
- Strong communication skills with meticulous and rigorous work ethic.
- Proficiency in English, with fluency in both oral and written communication.
- Familiarity with overseas channel sales models.
- Competence in computer applications.
